Welcome to the Department of Chaplaincy and Christian Counseling

Our certified programs are designed to train chaplains—spiritual caregivers equipped with the skills to provide both spiritual and psychological support in a wide range of crisis situations. Graduates of our program are prepared to serve effectively in combat zones, medical institutions, as well as in social and community organizations where people are in need ofcompassionate care.

This program—Academic Trainings—is a joint accredited initiative of Ukrainian and American educational institutions, carried out with administrative support from the Christian Rescue Service (Ukraine). The project has received full endorsement from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as a number of domestic and international public, medical, and religious organizations.

One of the program’s key advantages is its six-month online format, allowing students to study at their own pace. The virtual learning platform provides access to all course materials from any device, making education convenient and accessible. Each student is assigned a dedicated instructor who offers personalized guidance and clarifies every aspect of the course. The curriculum is thoughtfully developed to meet current standards and real-world needs, ensuring its relevance and practical value.
