Program goals:

• Improve the qualifications of pastors in evangelical churches

• To provide pastors with the necessary biblical and practical tools for effective ministry in the 21st century

• To provide and systematize knowledge about human psychology and its pathology through the prism of the Bible and scientific developments

• Provide ministers with diagnostic and basic counseling techniques in the context of working with psychological trauma, violence, addictions, and personal and interpersonal problems, as well as in the field of family counseling

• Guardianship of individual categories

• Child care for children, adolescents, and youth

• Family Counseling

• Spiritual care and human problems

• Pastoral care in the church
